About this role
Role Overview
Act as the link between clients and the agency, ensuring fast and effective communication.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients.
Prepare briefs and assign tasks to the team.
Track deadlines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with expectations.
Lead online client meetings.
Present performance reports and assist with results analysis.
Monitor KPIs, NPS and churn, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Map needs and develop strategic action plans.
Identify upsell opportunities to expand contracted services.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in account management at a digital marketing agency.
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or Journalism.
Experience with automation, inbound marketing, content, SEO, social media and/or paid media.
Knowledge of RD Station and Google Analytics.
Strong organizational, planning and client-relationship skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
