CyCognito is seeking a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to ensure clients achieve maximum value from their solutions. This role involves acting as the main technical liaison between clients and the internal team, focusing on customer satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet those requirements
- Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they effectively use our platform
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any emerging issues promptly
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices
- Proficiency with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a technical environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Located in United States (supporting customers in East Coast time zone)
