Build and optimize automations by mapping customer journeys, configuring triggers, decision trees, dynamic lists, and continuous flows within CRM tools;
Execute multichannel campaigns, operating automated flows via WhatsApp, email, and SMS; create conversion-focused copy and run A/B tests;
Analyze the funnel by monitoring engagement and retention metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and fixing breaks in the flows.
Requirements
Hands-on experience operating and building flows in Marketing Automation/CRM tools;
Data-oriented mindset, with a basic understanding of flows and integrations via API/Webhook preferred;
Intermediate Excel skills for data preprocessing;
Practical knowledge of funnel metrics and basic copywriting focused on engagement;
Differentiators: experience in CS Ops, Marketing Ops, working in the education market (EdTech), or direct experience with retention strategies.
Soft Skills:
Logical reasoning and systems thinking to design complex logic without creating conflicts between different automations;
Analytical mindset and proactivity to analyze campaign data, anticipate operational problems, and propose improvements autonomously;
