Collaborate with leads in international territories to localise and optimise marketing strategies for key markets.
Act as the central communication hub between artists, managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
Lead strategies to expand artist fanbases and strengthen audience connections through targeted digital advertising, content creation, and social media marketing.
Utilize advanced audience insights and performance data to adapt campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and maximize engagement.
Foster partnerships with external influencers, brands, and platforms to amplify artist reach and create meaningful fan interactions.
Stay on top of emerging platforms and trends, integrating them into campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.
Coordinate Local Market Activities In collaboration with MD-LATAM, regularly assess international projects for campaign support requirements/opportunities within the region.
Oversee local marketing efforts such as press, content creation, and partnerships with regional service companies.
Coordinate assets and provide regional service companies with the necessary content, resources and information they require to properly market and promote selected artists.
Support tour promotion and in-market artist appearances to strengthen visibility and fan engagement.
Identify opportunities for collaborations, brand partnerships, or local marketing initiatives that align with Nettwerk’s artists and values.
Advise global teams on how to best approach the LATAM audience.
Provide clear market insights and data to help shape business decisions and campaign priorities.
Monitor campaign performance and audience engagement metrics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Generate regular reports or review partner reports on campaign milestones, audience growth, and ROI, keeping management and artist teams informed on progress and outcomes.
Requirements
2-3 years of music marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital and social media marketing.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Passion for music, pop culture, and emerging marketing trends.
Proven ability to develop innovative, audience-driven marketing strategies that yield measurable results.
Extensive experience with social media platforms, streaming services, and audience analytics tools.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-time-zone campaigns.
Proficiency in creative and video editing software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
