National Web Sales Consultant

Role Overview

• Provide sales and consulting services to trade/design customers, industry partners, and web customers.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments on an ongoing basis to provide the highest possible level of service to clients.
• Complete customer transactions and help resolve customer questions and problems.
• Handle incoming sales leads through our online sales channels (emails, phone, webchat).
• Work on decorative and architectural lighting projects.
• Assist our retail and commercial customers with product and sales questions through digital platforms
• mostly webchat and email.

Requirements

• Sales experience in lighting is required
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of lighting or electrical products is a plus
• A strong desire to learn and grow in a young, dynamic company
• Displays passion and drive in all assigned tasks.
