Manage the end-to-end process for new applications, renewals, and cancellations of Employment Passes, Dependent Passes, and Social Visit Passes.
Provide expert guidance to clients on the appropriate immigration pass types based on their specific needs and advise on the relevant procedures and regulatory requirements.
Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documentation to the appropriate government authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor active cases and ensure timely follow-ups and reminders are communicated to clients and their HR representatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information within the internal database system.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
A minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in processing Employment Passes, Social Visit Passes, visa applications, and other immigration-related matters
Familiarity with Singapore’s immigration regulations and procedures is essential
Prior experience in a client-facing or consultancy role is advantageous
