Role Overview
- First telephone contact with industrial decision-makers — converting leads into appointments
- Coordination with technical sales experts
- Development and optimization of outreach strategies and CRM processes
- Presence at trade shows and events to establish new contacts
- Bringing analysis and feedback from day-to-day sales activities to drive improvements
Requirements
- Passion for sales and enjoyment of telephone-based work
- Experience in B2B telephone sales or comparable high-quality outreach
- Native-level German and very good English
- Confident use of Office tools and ideally CRM systems
- Ability to explain technical topics (e.g., AI, Industry 4.0) in a clear and accessible way
- Experience with sales tools, lead scoring and automation (nice to have)
