Requirements
Experience in back-office or administrative tasks, ideally at a financial institution in the German-speaking market; alternatively, experience in customer service or a comparable role
Experience in the banking or financial sector; vocational training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification is a plus
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills at B1–B2 level are an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and confident handling of conflict situations
