Responsibilities:

• Represent the organization at local community events, engaging with attendees and providing information about our clients' programs and services
• Answer questions from community members, ensuring clear and accurate communication
• Promote positive relationships with clients and the community through professional interactions
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event materials and displays
• Maintain a professional image and uphold the company's standards both in and out of the office
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve organizational goals
• Adapt to various client programs and messaging as directed by management
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team efforts and organizational growth

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old or older
• Reliable transportation to attend events and meet clients
• Excellent active listening skills and engaging personality
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable multitasking and managing various client programs
• Previous experience in customer service, client management, or community outreach is preferred but not mandatory
