About this role
Role Overview
Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals
Process orders, track shipments, and resolve issues related to delivery, billing, or product availability
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing accurate, helpful information
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NAC’s products, services, and processes
Document customer interactions in CRM systems and help identify recurring issues or trends
Support account managers with customer follow-ups and proactive service initiatives
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing (preferably in manufacturing or distribution)
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) preferred
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
