Act as a business partner for the Networking Sales Organization within your scope, supporting the Leadership team & Field Sales
Support Integration activities across a diverse range of workstreams and interactions with relevant teams and functions
Lead complex data and business analyses to inform business planning, and identify recommendations and insights
Enable sales compensation, quota setting and deployment processes aligned with the Networking business strategy
Support the business with internal governance processes including Sales Forecasting; Demand Planning; Pipeline management etc.
Research and use internal and external market data to identify key players with relevancy for the business planning and strategy
Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of operational processes, identifying and leveraging best practice in support of delivering the sales strategy
Develop and nurture a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork and knowledge sharing across all relevant teams and functions
Identify and build relationships with key players in each function both internal & external to EMEAL Networking business unit
Become the operational interface into various other functions depending on the request at hand.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in an Operational / Business / Finance Analyst role or similar, preferably in a large competitive multinational
Commercially aware and enjoy interacting with cross functional teams across an organization
Strong business mindset is key, with a ‘run to the fire’ attitude; driving an action-oriented culture: you deliver on your promises
Professional maturity, intellectual curiosity, accountability and positive approach
Proven project management experience would be an advantage
Ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort
Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis
Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modelling
Good skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with PowerPoint, advanced Excel experience and AI interest
Power BI / Automation skills, Salesforce.com and Anaplan experience would be an advantage
Fluent English essential and additional Europe, Middle East and Africa region languages an advantage
Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Developed leadership skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and management
