- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals as LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and support in conducting initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and help manage candidate communications
- Support in maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Learn about end-to-end recruitment cycles and HR best practices.
Requirements
- Preferably a Senior student in HR, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- English fluency is a must.
