Responsible for the recruitment and job placement activities of organization
Prepare and analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection, and turnover
Coach and counsel managers on matters related to candidate attraction, onboarding, and management practices
Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute targeted sourcing and screening strategies
Develop job descriptions and interview questions
Determine online recruiting strategies
Use relevant metrics to evaluate recruitment and placement effectiveness
Recruit and interview candidates for high-level positions
Provide status updates and reports to TA team and hiring managers
Assist with mentoring/coaching other team members as needed
Travel to support recruiting events as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 3-5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
