Customer Advisor, Internal Sales, P&C — Commercial & Industrial Insurance

Role Overview

• Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies with approx. 50+ employees) across all P&C (non-life) insurance lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
• Maintain client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
• Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tender processes, including policy/terms comparisons
• Prepare and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with field sales (management)

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience with an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance in a comparable role
• Solid knowledge in at least one P&C (non-life) insurance line, e.g., fire/industrial insurance, commercial and product liability, etc.
• Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk or insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt), or an equivalent relevant degree
• Enthusiasm for actively helping shape Contrust's future beyond client servicing and a strong desire for personal development
