Role Overview
- Provide operational support to the Customer Service team during peak periods
- Perform various administrative and back-office tasks
- Enter orders into internal systems
- Process return requests
- Create and manage partner access to VELUX systems
- Prepare simple quotes for standard products
- Manage customer inquiries
- Handle standardized customer requests by email
- Ensure thorough follow-up on requests
Requirements
- Excellent command of Dutch and French, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in a customer service role or similar administrative position
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with IT tools (office suite, CRM systems, internal platforms)
- Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to peak activity periods
