Role Overview
Provide operational support to the Customer Service team during peak periods
Perform various administrative and back-office tasks
Enter orders into internal systems
Process return requests
Create and manage partner access to VELUX systems
Prepare simple quotes for standard products
Manage customer inquiries
Handle standardized customer requests by email
Ensure thorough follow-up on requests
Requirements
Excellent command of Dutch and French, both spoken and written
Previous experience in a customer service role or similar administrative position
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Comfortable with IT tools (office suite, CRM systems, internal platforms)
Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to peak activity periods
