About this role
Role Overview
Monitor the recruitment and selection process;
Provide necessary support to organizational leaders throughout the sourcing and hiring of internal and external candidates;
Contact candidates for selection processes, providing necessary guidance (area, role, responsibilities, company, benefits) and guiding them through each stage of the recruitment process to secure the selected candidates for the vacancy;
Design, conduct and facilitate group activities, competency-based interviews, and psychological assessment tools when required;
Coordinate recruitment processes carried out by third-party firms (headhunting, recruitment partner companies);
Coordinate the Onboarding program;
Coordinate the delivery of local benefits services (on-site cafeteria and shuttle transportation);
Be responsible for the People & Culture team’s procurement process, issuing purchase orders and processing payments to vendors;
Coordinate the Apprentice and Intern programs;
Provide support to our employees;
Coordinate improvement groups and projects focused on Attraction & Retention.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
Basic Microsoft Office skills;
Previous experience in Recruitment & Selection;
