Requirements
Currently an undergraduate junior or senior enrolled in a full-time academic program with a related major
Recent college graduate with a related major (Human Resources, Business, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related minor is a plus)
Human Resources and/or Project Management experience is preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Strong knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and procedures
Excellent consultative and communication skills (written & oral)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to properly manage and prioritize resources and projects
Strong decision making ability
Team player with effective matrix management skills
Ability to work in a high production environment
