Role Overview
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a warm welcome and offering advice on products suited to their needs
- Develop the sales revenue of your department
- Recommend complementary solutions and various services
- Support customers with their home improvement projects
- Ensure high-quality self-service: restocking shelves, keeping displays clean, and maintaining product facing
- Contribute to showcasing the offer: podiums, window displays
- Energize the sales area (promotional activities, special offers)
Requirements
- A passion for sales and for working as part of a team
- A strong interest in products in your area
- A taste for challenges
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ideally, some prior experience in sales
