Lead day-to-day influencer relations and campaign execution across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
Develop and manage earned and paid influencer partnerships from end to end: discovery, vetting, outreach, negotiations, contracting, content review, and wrap reporting.
Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, providing them with strategic counsel and serving as a primary influencer point of contact
Create comprehensive creative briefs that include messaging, tone, content requirements, do’s/don’ts, usage rights, FTC disclosure guidance, and success metrics.
Draft and manage influencer contracts/SOWs (rates, usage, exclusivity, whitelisting, timelines, revisions), ensuring compliance and internal approval processes.
Negotiate influencer rates and terms, balancing brand budget, creator value, and performance expectations.
Provide strategic guidance to clients on platform trends, creator formats, and cultural moments, translating “chronically online” insights into effective campaign recommendations.
Collaborate with PR account teams to integrate influencer into broader programs (press moments, events, launches, product seeding) for full-funnel impact.
Manage campaign budgets, invoices, and payment coordination; ensure accurate documentation and on-time financial processing.
Support new business and growth efforts by contributing influencer strategy sections, example activations, and estimated budgets for proposals.
Mentor junior team members on influencer best practices, outreach etiquette, briefing, and reporting; help refine team workflows and templates.
Collaborate with our integrated team to ensure seamless execution of PR messaging and outreach timed to other channels
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in a PR or influencer role with a successful track record of implementing influencer campaigns
Previous agency experience is a must!
Possess a strong understanding of the influencer landscape with existing contacts and relationships across the country and platforms
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or PR
