Direct Market Penetration (Core Responsibility): A successful launch requires noise. You will be on the front lines, spending 70% of your time on the phone contacting potential clients, pitching our value proposition, and booking meetings.
Feedback Loop: Because you speak directly with customers daily, you will relay critical market feedback to our product team.
Campaign Execution: You will take our marketing messages and deliver them personally to key decision-makers across the DACH region.
Be the Voice of the Brand: You will run a high-volume outreach campaign, primarily contacting prospective clients by phone to generate interest and schedule demos.
Drive the Go-to-Market Strategy: You will bridge marketing and sales—following up on marketing leads with personal, direct engagement to convert interest into action.
Relationship Building: You will nurture relationships with early adopters, managing the pipeline from the first phone introduction to the final (virtual or in-person) handshake.
Event & Digital Support: Assist in organizing webinars, local events, and online campaigns to support your outreach efforts.

Native-level German: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable.
