You will be fully and independently responsible for performance marketing at aleno.
You build campaigns, execute them successfully and continuously optimize them to achieve measurable results.
Ownership of all paid marketing channels: Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook), LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (SEA)
Build always-on lead generation funnels
Lead generation as the core mission with a focus on volume, quality and cost efficiency
Creation, testing and optimization of ad creatives, hooks and copy (including Canva and AI tools)
Systematic A/B testing of creatives, audiences, formats and landing pages
Full responsibility for budget allocation, pacing and performance optimization
Close collaboration with Website & SEO to optimize landing page conversions (CRO)
Set up and maintain clean tracking & attribution (GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot)
Create clear dashboards and reports for CPL, CAC, ROI and lead quality
Establish a structured feedback loop with the sales team to evaluate and improve lead quality
Document learnings and derive concrete optimization measures

Several years of experience (approx. 5+ years) in online or performance marketing
Proven hands-on experience in lead generation via paid social and SEA
Strong understanding of funnels, conversion logic and performance KPIs
Strong hands-on mindset: you build, test and optimize campaigns yourself
Confident in using Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and HubSpot tracking
Ability to independently create and test ad creatives using Canva and AI tools
Structured, data-driven and ownership-oriented way of working
Clear, fact-based communication
Very good German skills (C1+) and good English skills
