About this role
Role Overview
Manage and grow a regional portfolio of elementary school partners.
Identify and engage prospective elementary schools and districts.
Present product demonstrations and articulate the value of Lirvana Labs’ solutions.
Manage all stages of the sales process, from lead qualification to closing.
Achieve regional sales targets aligned to organizational growth goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned schools and networks.
Support onboarding, implementation, and professional development activities.
Ensure partners experience smooth rollouts and ongoing value.
Build and maintain relationships with district administrators, instructional leaders, and community organizations.
Attend and support regional conferences, workshops, and partner events.
Identify opportunities to deepen engagement with existing partners.
Travel up to 30% for school visits, district presentations, events, and conferences.
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, sales, or school partnerships (elementary experience strongly preferred).
Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging school and district leaders.
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales or partnership pipeline.
Experience supporting program implementations in school settings is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and prioritize effectively.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30%.
Passion for improving educational outcomes and supporting diverse learners.
