About this role
Role Overview
You organize top-tier events and catering for our corporate clients — from the initial inquiry to the event itself.
You ensure that as many client inquiries as possible convert into bookings.
You work closely with our founders and the C-level team to continuously improve product and processes and can make a real impact.
You use our platform daily — leveraging smart automation and AI at every turn.
You are the point of contact for decision-makers at our clients — interacting on equal terms and driving impact.
You are responsible for revenue development and conversion — with genuine influence on the company’s success.
You coordinate proposals, provide feedback to product and processes, and help further improve egora.
Requirements
Experience in sales, account management, or the events sector — ideally in a B2B context.
Preferably experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
Food/catering or events background? A strong plus, but not required.
No degree required — but strong communication skills, empathy, and a hands-on, can-do attitude are essential.
You take responsibility, think entrepreneurially, and are motivated to get things done.
