Responsible for growing the diffuse/retail sales for the Hager business in Indonesia.
Identify, develop and manage new channel partners while nurturing existing partnerships
Develop and execute strategies to increase and strengthen retail market as well as distributor networks.
Train distributor sales teams on Hager products and market trends.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure optimal product availability and visibility in retail stores
Work closely with Marketing to design promotions and POS materials
Resolve operational issues with distributor/retailers promptly
Requirements
Engineering degree or similar/equivalent in controls, electrical or mechanical engineering plus experience in business development, key account management or marketing
Minimum 3 – 5 years of sales experience preferably in Retail/electrical products
Proven success in managing distributors and achieving sales targets
Excellent written and oral presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills
Ability to work in diverse cultural and multi lingual environments.
Proactive mindset and able to work efficiently within virtual and distributed teams.
Self driven, adaptable and willingness to travel as and when required.
Reside in Jakarta Greater Area (Jabobetabek) and Indonesia citizen.
Having own transportation (car) for travelling is a must.
