Role Overview
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance support
- Maintain and update HR policies, contracts, and documentation
- Support recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
- Track employee performance and contribute to HR reporting and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws
- Assist in building a high-performance, growth-oriented culture
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of HR experience (essential)
- Previous experience in education, EdTech, or consultancy environments (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and employee relations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage)
- Familiarity with CRM/HR tools such as Go High Level (preferred but not required)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote team
