Acquire and build relationships with institutional investors, pension funds and asset-pooling organizations—particularly in Germany, the DACH region and internationally—with a focus on the distribution of real estate funds
Proactively manage our institutional clients in close cooperation with Mandate Management and UNIQA Real Estate Management
Help shape the product offering for institutional third-party clients in the area of real estate funds
Support the development of efficient sales structures for institutional fund distribution at UNIQA Real Estate Management
Contribute to the design of innovative processes for the institutional client business—focus on real estate funds and real estate

Requirements
Several years of experience in institutional sales and an established network with investors, asset-pooling organizations and pension funds in Germany
Understanding of real estate markets and the real estate funds landscape in the DACH region, ideally complemented by knowledge of CEE
Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of execution capability
Professional demeanour and excellent communication skills—both internal and external
Proven presentation skills and enthusiasm for client presentations and meetings
Business-fluent German and English
High willingness to travel and flexibility
University degree in economics, finance or a comparable qualification
