About this role
Role Overview
Deliver mobile imaging revenue in line with agreed budget and EBITDA targets
Develop and maintain a robust and qualified sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth
Identify, develop and secure new commercial opportunities within NHS and independent healthcare providers
Ensure optimal utilisation and pricing performance across mobile scanner deployments
Monitor commercial performance and produce regular pipeline, revenue and activity reports
Act as the named commercial lead for a portfolio of mobile customer
Conduct regular client reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for service expansion
Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and strong customer experience
Lead the identification, preparation and submission of competitive tenders
Develop compelling commercial proposals and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to create clear, high-quality tender responses
Monitor national and local procurement opportunities to identify upcoming bids
Maintain strong awareness of the UK diagnostic imaging market
Monitor competitor activity and emerging opportunities
Network across healthcare systems to expand Medneo’s profile and reputation
Provide insights to support pricing strategy and commercial planning
Work closely with: Business Development Director, Operations Director, Regional Mobile Managers, Central support teams
Support operational teams with commercial insight and customer engagement
Mentor and guide colleagues on business development best practice
Requirements
Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
Confident engaging senior healthcare stakeholders
Target-focused and performance-oriented
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
Strong relationship-building ability with clinicians and healthcare leaders
Ability to interpret financial and operational data to drive decisions
Highly organised with strong project and pipeline management skills
Strong IT literacy including CRM and Microsoft Office

Salary up to £65,000 + commission + £5,000 car allowance
Remote working, with regular site visits
