HR Development: Contribute to the follow-up and preparation of annual performance reviews and professional interviews, development plans and internal mobility
Training: Help gather training needs, coordinate and monitor training activities in collaboration with the dedicated training team
Onboarding: Ensure high-quality integration of new talent for the Finance & Legal departments
HR Projects: Work on various cross-functional HR topics (annual survey, career paths, organizational projects, facilitation of professional communities, etc.)
HR Reporting & Data: Support the implementation of dashboards and monitor key HR metrics for the Finance & Legal departments
HR Monitoring: Produce a monthly review of HR trends and news (legal developments, digital innovations, artificial intelligence, etc.)
Requirements
Master's student (M2) in a business school, university or equivalent program, specializing in Human Resources
You have initial experience in HR, ideally as a HR generalist
You have excellent interpersonal skills, are autonomous, proactive and rigorous, and you do not hesitate to propose solutions
You are able to work in a project-based and cross-functional environment
