Payroll operations across APAC countries in a smooth manner by ensuring activities are undertaken to adhere to committed deadlines, compliance and tax obligations
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when required.
Use data insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
Assist in developing and implementing People & Culture initiatives, policies, and procedures, contributing to employee engagement activities, surveys, and wellbeing programs.
Work closely with P&C Business Partners, P&C Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to resolve queries and ensure seamless employee experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as HR generalist with strong knowledge of payroll (ideally across multiple countries APAC), workplace legislation and HR best practices
Proven ability to deliver recruitment outcomes across diverse functions and geographies
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; advanced Excel skills desirable
Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools
Knowledge of SAP Success Factors would also be a significant advantage
