Role Overview
- Manage and lead a team of 5 sales engineers
- Define and deploy the commercial strategy within your scope
- Monitor performance indicators (revenue, margin, pipeline) and drive business activity
- Support complex sales and key account engagements
- Ensure coordination with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, senior management)
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a technical field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT business development, including team management
- Strong understanding of IT environments: networking, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity
