Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading and growing a sales team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Established professional network in the local community is a plus
• Infectious passion for mentoring and developing others
• Ability to transition between field leadership and remote strategy execution
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• Flexible with working hours for high-impact events
