Home Care Account Executive

Role Overview

• Act as a liaison between Mercy Home Health/St. Mary Home Care and referral sources
• Work closely with referral sources, patients, and families to outline services
• Process referrals and increase market share from assigned accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years healthcare sales experience
• Home care experience and/or clinical background preferred (i.e. Nursing, Medical Social Work)
• Computer efficient with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Current PA driver's license required
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to develop good rapport with referral sources and other community groups
• Previous sales/marketing experience required
• Experience in healthcare-related field with a proven track record
