Developing customer relationships and contributing to sales efforts
Acting as a customer advocate within the organization and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
Handling inquiries via email and phone ensuring timely and effective responses
Developing a strong understanding of products/services and effectively communicating benefits to clients
Assisting in document preparation and organization related to transactions
Ensuring ongoing client engagement through consistent and organized communications

Experience in sales or relevant field, customer service or a fast-paced admin role is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Tech-savvy, organized, and proficient in using Zoom and Google Spreadsheets
Active license in life and health insurance or willingness to obtain (license fee may apply)
Authorized to work in the US and Canada
