At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on SEA and Google Ads
Practical experience in designing, implementing, optimizing and reporting Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads)
Budget responsibility and proven experience in continuously optimizing performance based on relevant KPIs
Strong analytical skills and confident use of analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
Ideally, experience with YouTube campaigns
Native-level German combined with very good English skills
