You will play a key role in our team, combining technical problem solving with the further development of our digital infrastructure
You will work closely with the Service, Sales & Marketing teams; your responsibilities are varied — from operational IT support to shaping and technically implementing our tools
Technical support & Second-level support for the internal team and customer platforms: analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement fixes
Administration of our WordPress environment (plugins, updates, security) and internal tools (ERP, databases)
Data management: corrections, analyses and reporting (MySQL, data pipelines) as well as optimization of data flows
Process automation (e.g. with Make/n8n/Zapier) — especially in the area of EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) compliance
API integration & synchronization: connecting our tools to external systems (webhooks, pipelines)
Development of extensions (PHP/JavaScript) for WordPress, internal and external tools — from small plugins to complex features
Testing & quality assurance: unit, integration and system tests (manual/automated) as well as data-injection tests
Contributing to the roadmap for our compliance platforms and interfaces
Maintenance of live systems: updates, backups, monitoring and adherence to security policies, as well as ensuring data consistency
Creating documentation (e.g. in Notion) and, if needed, training the team
Requirements
2–5 years of professional experience
Hands-on experience with automation tools (Make/n8n/Zapier), API programming (REST/GraphQL) and AI
Familiarity with databases, FTP, Git and ticketing systems
Knowledge of testing methods (unit, integration tests) and logging (e.g. Graylog)
Bonus: Linux/Docker, Bash scripting, Agile testing, GUI test frameworks or LLMs, PHP, MySQL, WordPress development
Proactive mindset — you spot risks early and develop pragmatic solutions
Strong analytical skills — you quickly understand complex relationships and can explain them clearly
Experience in live operations (maintenance, monitoring, staging environments)
