Role Overview
- Monitor a portfolio of delinquent accounts
- Contact customers for notification and negotiation via communication channels
- Monitor existing payment agreements
- Conduct negotiations with customers following established negotiation policies/terms
Requirements
- Previous experience in collections, sales, or customer service
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Sheets
- Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation skills
