Role Overview
- Monitor and execute the collection of amounts related to damages caused by customers to the assets of Motiva Rodovias' Business Units.
- Ensure that all collections are carried out in accordance with company policies, following the collections workflow (in the Kcor system) and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all damage collections performed.
- Attend and participate in conciliation hearings related to property damage claims.
- Represent the company before the forum/court and discuss fair and feasible solutions.
- Document and report the outcomes of these hearings to managers.
- Support the implementation of collection strategies to maximize amounts recovered by the Property Damage Collections Center.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of collection processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma (complete);
- Must reside in Tatuí, SP, Brazil.
