Role Overview
Enhance and execute the customer experience by managing employer enquiries

Requirements
Experience in the Superannuation industry
Demonstrated knowledge of SuperStream
Proven experience cultivating key working relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Technical mindset and strong analytical skills
Familiarity with superannuation products and relevant legislation is advantageous
Understanding of upcoming legislative changes to the Superannuation environment
