Role Overview
Drive District Profitability by taking ownership of the financial performance of your district
Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by implementing rigorous performance management practices
Recruit, Onboard, and Develop Store Managers
Lead Sales Training Initiatives by spearheading training efforts within your district
Ensure Operational Excellence by championing adherence to Neo’s operational frameworks
Data-Driven Performance Management through analyzing performance trends
Independent District Management by proactively managing your own schedule
Support Store Manager Success by acting as a key resource.
Requirements
7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience (door-to-door, mobile sales, credit card or financial product sales preferred)
7+ years of proven management and leadership experience
A high level of training and coaching proficiency
Possesses a strong, existing network of high-performing sales representatives
Proven ability to drive profitability and manage performance across multiple locations
Strong understanding of and experience in managing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
A fundamental and strong understanding of data analysis.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
