Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments across EMEA.
Create the right environment for AEs to thrive, ensuring they are fully set up for success to consistently achieve and exceed quota.
Drive strong sales execution through regular coaching, performance management, and hands-on support in both strategic and complex deals.
Own weekly forecasting cadence, including pipeline inspection, deal progression, close plans, and accurate reporting on committed business.
Manage a quarterly team quota supported by clear monthly commitments and milestones, ensuring strong accountability and consistent performance.
Foster a high-performance culture built on commitment, ownership, responsibility, and execution excellence.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, RevOps, CS Ops, Product, KAMs, and other Sales leaders across SDR and AE organizations.
Lead or contribute to high-impact projects beyond core team management, delivering tangible business improvements.
Translate Preply’s mission and vision into clear direction for the team, helping others connect their day-to-day work to the broader company purpose.
Requirements
Proven experience managing high-performing commercial teams, with 2–3+ years of people management experience in Enterprise sales.
Strong track record operating across the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, with a solid understanding of complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder deal management, and up-market growth opportunities.
Fluency in English plus at least one additional EMEA language.
A highly driven mindset, with a strong sense of commitment, accountability, and ownership.
Demonstrated ability to coach Account Executives to improve performance, accelerate deal progression, and consistently deliver against quota.
Strong forecasting discipline, with proven experience managing pipeline health, conducting rigorous deal inspection, and ensuring weekly forecast accuracy.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and use numbers, insights, and performance metrics to assess opportunities, prioritize actions, and drive results.
Strong leadership presence and communication skills, with the ability to report business performance, forecast, and deal progression on a weekly basis with clarity, confidence, and credibility.
Executive presence and strong commercial judgment, with the ability to negotiate effectively with C-level stakeholders and board members in complex sales environments.
Confidence leading through ambiguity, solving complex problems beyond the team’s immediate scope, and navigating challenges with resilience and sound judgment.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Product.
