Process Contribution: Refine our clinical interview loops and onboarding workflows within Ashby ATS to ensure a seamless, professional experience for busy physician candidates.
Market Insights: Act as a pulse on the telehealth landscape, providing leadership with data on physician compensation trends and competitor movements.
Requirements
4+ years of clinical recruiting experience, specifically focused on hiring doctors (MDs/DOs) and physicians.
Telehealth/Digital Health Expertise: Proven track record in a high-growth virtual care or health-tech environment is required.
Tech-Forward Mindset: You must be highly proficient with modern productivity tools and capable of mastering a complex AI product demo to "sell" the vision to skeptical clinicians.
Exceptional Communication: Ability to build instant rapport with clinical professionals and explain technical concepts in a way that resonates with medical practitioners.
Operational Rigor: Experience managing complex scheduling and the administrative nuances (licensure, credentialing basics) inherent in clinical hiring.
Data Fluency: Experience using Ashby (or similar modern ATS) to track pipeline health and provide regular reporting to leadership.
