Participate in implementing strategies to maximize business quality and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations
Support the Director of Business Quality and the Senior Compliance Advisor in the firm's strategic projects
Provide guidance and recommendations to ensure regulatory compliance of distribution activities
Advise and support stakeholders and colleagues on applicable compliance rules
Support the Career Network and the Dedicated Network by providing compliance advice related to the distribution of financial products and services
Collaborate with individual compliance advisors in monitoring business practices
Actively participate in development projects for the Career Network and the Dedicated Network
Contribute to the development of digital tools related to distribution activities by managing compliance aspects
Produce and document reports for management
Collaborate with Business Quality analysts and advisors to strengthen the compliance culture
Participate in risk management by providing recommendations, including implementing corrective measures and controls

Bachelor's degree in law or another relevant qualification
Five (5) years of experience in the financial services sector or in a similar role
Recognized for strategic analytical skills and a consultative approach
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Demonstrates strong attention to detail, good synthesis and analytical skills, and the ability to positively influence business partners
Advanced proficiency in English, as the role requires daily communication with English‑speaking clients and partners across Canada via email and calls
