About this role

Coordinating and implementing small to medium capital projects as assigned, including consultation with user groups.
Supporting project managers on preparation of tender and contract documents.
Communicating project updates and recommendations to project sponsors, project managers and key stakeholders.
Creating and maintaining capital planning inventories (e.g. space inventory, as-built facility floor plans etc.).
Ensuring that all contractors have appropriate documentation and approval to undertake work.

Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, and/or Project Management preferred.
1-2 years relevant work experience in construction, design, and/or healthcare project management.
Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, Adobe an asset.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
Understanding of Alternative Financing and Procurement and experience with construction contracts and contract management preferred.
