Define and evaluate obstacles and plans effective solutions
Define the scope and impact of projects and effectively communicates the impact to senior management
Develop and revise project deliverables and maintain project documentation
Establish project stakeholders (RACI), goals, objectives, tasks, timelines, project plans, and budgets and effectively manage, track, and communicate them to all relevant stakeholders
Manage Marketing contact data changes based upon campaign efforts
Manage other full-time project staff, contractors, and vendors toward successful project completion, as needed
Marketing inbox traffic management
Responsible for providing analytical support for marketing projects, including Asana Task review via notifications to team management should concerns arise (Ex: overdue tasks)
Meeting scheduling & management via Outlook
Recommend and implement improvements in project deliverables
Team reporting management & support
Requirements
3+ years managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong marketing project management experience
Vendor management experience
Strong experience eliciting, articulating, and clearly documenting requirements
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana)
Experience with agile approaches to project and demand management
Degree in management of information system or marketing preferred
