Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/Tier 3 issues across .NET applications, integrations, APIs, and Azure services.
Perform root cause analysis on backend services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, web apps, and SQL databases.
Monitor application health and performance using Azure Application Insights, Log Analytics, dashboards, and workbooks.
Execute functional, regression, and integration testing, and support UAT cycles for application updates.
Validate Azure deployments, configurations, and environment health in partnership with DevOps/Infrastructure teams.
Deliver small enhancements, bug fixes, refactoring, and API debugging within the .NET codebase.
Support release management activities, including pre‑ and post‑release validation and documentation.
Identify opportunities for automation, monitoring improvements, and operational efficiency using Azure services.
Requirements
Mid‑level experience (approximately 3–5 years) with .NET and C# in production environments.
Hands‑on experience supporting applications on Microsoft Azure , including App Services, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills across APIs, backend services, and SQL databases.
Experience with Azure SQL / SQL Server and writing or analyzing T‑SQL queries.
Familiarity with application monitoring and diagnostics using Application Insights , Log Analytics , and Azure Workbooks.
Experience executing functional, regression, and integration testing , including support of UAT cycles.
Ability to debug .NET applications using the IDE, logs, traces, and tools such as Postman or Fiddler.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
