Steer and challenge financial processes at international production sites, ensuring alignment with Group standards.
Oversee financial controls for fixed costs, FTEs, conversion costs and SCM/QA cost structures.
Drive standardization and further develop the Group Operations Controlling framework.
Enhance automation and simplification of controlling and reporting systems.
Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and new planning & reporting system rollout.
Drive cost efficiency initiatives and inventory optimization at Group level.
Act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders and Executive Management.
Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing international controlling organization.
Contribute to M&A integration and the broader Group Controlling transformation agenda.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing or operations controlling/finance roles in large multinational companies, including at least 5 years in leadership positions.
Multi-site and multi-country experience.
Strong expertise in managing production fixed and conversion costs, as well as supply chain costs in an SAP environment.
Experience in SAP implementations and integration projects is an advantage.
Fluent English and Hungarian.
