Role Overview
- You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
- You must set the example.
- Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
- Paperwork, Cost Controls for Food and Labor, Cash Control, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards.
- Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, and Profitability.
- Your hours will be partially during the night shifts and partially during the day shifts.
Requirements
- Natural Leader
- Customer Service Oriented
- Enjoy working with a team
- Must have a positive outgoing attitude
- Pizza Experience preferred or some previous restaurant work
- Must pass a standard Background Check
