About this role

Support the execution of executive recruiting activities by providing coordination, research, and sourcing support.
Coordinate complex interview scheduling for executive-level candidates across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
Manage candidate logistics including travel coordination and meeting materials.
Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
Prepare interview packets, candidate profiles, and briefing materials.
Conduct executive-level sourcing and research using LinkedIn Recruiter and related tools.
Support development of executive talent pipelines through research and outreach.

Bachelors degree OR 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or sourcing roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools.
Exposure to executive-level recruiting environments.
Experience supporting multiple searches simultaneously.
Interest in developing executive recruiting capabilities.
