Own the entire sales cycle through to close, hitting monthly targets and driving revenue
Communicate confidently with potential clients via web conferencing, email, phone, and in-person
Sell and negotiate with Finance Leaders, Controllers, Accountants and C-level executives
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure clients are guided through onboarding
Maintain up to date knowledge of OFX products and solutions
Meet and exceed revenue sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of new potential clients

5+ years’ experience in a full cycle closing sales role in SMB and/or Mid-Market B2B SaaS, payments or FX
Post Secondary degree or diploma in related field or equivalent experience
Proven Sales Success: Consistently achieved sales goals
Strong understanding of the SaaS and/or FX sales process for selling to SMB and/or Mid-Market segments
Client-Focused Sales Skills: Strong consultative sales approach
Industry Expertise: Experience selling to finance leaders, CPAs, accounting firms, bookkeepers, and banking sectors
Tech-Savvy & SaaS: Familiar with SaaS applications and web conferencing tools
Detail-Orientated: Experience with CRMs specifically Salesforce
Problem-Solving & Creativity: Ability to identify client needs
Communication & Professionalism: Strong listening and presentation skills
Organized & Efficient: Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities
