Role Overview
Resolving customer issues and contractual queries
Ensuring timely billing of annual fee and bonus/incentive billing
Review of Machine Availability
Negotiate liquidated damages (LD) reduction
Timely Cash collection of overdue
Co-ordinate Customer satisfaction surveys and ensure higher Net Promoter Score
Support Transactional sales and tapping business opportunities
Requirements
Any Graduate from the institute of repute
Engineering graduate with management degree
Good communication
Working knowledge of SAP and SalesForce
Good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
